CHSAA Distinguished Alumni
   Each year the Centralia High School Alumni Association recognizes distinguished alumni from all walks of life and occupations.  Robert F. Hight was a member of the induction class of 2012 and was honored in ceremonies at the high school and the historical museum.  see photos

Served as instructor at McHenry County Community College

Member of the SIU All Decade Football Team
Selected Northern Illinois Football Coach
for the years 1982-1984-1986

Held NFL contracts with:
Buffalo Bills
Dallas Cowboys
Atlanta Falcons

Inducted into Centralia Sports Hall of Fame - 2010
